	Buffy Summers, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer (1992) Kristy Swanson Having an uncanny ability to kill vampires gives this beautiful teen cheerleader the responsibility of protecting her town from a infestation of the blood sucking beasts. Buffy uses her gymnastic ability along with the usual anti-vampire weaponry (stakes and so on) to dispatch every fanged monster that stands in her way.


	Aeon Flux, Aeon Flux (2005) Charlize Theron An assassin charged with killing the leader of her world, Aeon Flux is a powerful force that can't be stopped. Using all the technology of this future world that is at her disposal along with an expertise in martial arts and weapon's training she almost succeeds until she finds out the secret truth of her perfect society.


	Marie, Innocent Blood (1992) Anne Parillaud Just because she is a vampire doesn't mean she has an advantage over the other girls on this list. She makes up for her heightened abilities by taking on by herself (mostly) a whole group of mobsters turned suck-heads. A bloodsucker with a conscience that can rip out throats with the best of them, Marie is an easy addition to this list.


	Tina Armstrong, DOA: Dead or Alive (2006) Jaime Pressly Taking on both her dad (a pro wrestler twice her size) and a green-haired African American martial arts tough guy in a fight tournament showed Tina's mettle and deserving addition to this list.
