She is the daughter of the former owner of the OHL's Oshawa Generals.
She is a supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society.
She played basketball, volleyball and football at University.
Humphreys works at CityTV in Toronto anchoring the 11:30 pm sports broadcast. Her sense of humour and good looks attracted Full Spectrum to the show. She believes what she does is more entertainment than journalism and if you have ever heard the rote answers players regurgitate it is refreshing to see Kathryn pop off a quirky question every once and a while. When she appeared on the cover of Urban Male Magazine in leather she got automatic induction onto this list.
